Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.


Products & Availability

Q: Are your products in stock or is it a preorder ? 

We place great importance on logistics and customer satisfaction. That’s why all our inventory is in stock and ready to be shipped as soon as you place your order. If occasionally some items are available for preorder, this will be notified on the product page.

Q: Are your collections limited?
Yes, our drops are available for a limited time only. After that, they’re gone for good — so don’t miss out!

Q: How do I find my size?
Please refer to our size guide, available on the sizing page, to ensure the perfect fit.

Q: Are the garments unisex?
Absolutely! For the moment, all our products are designed to be worn by anyone, regardless of gender.

All our garments are proudly made in China by a reputable and reliable supplier with years of expertise in the textile industry, our partner ensures high-quality production while adhering to strict ethical and sustainability standards.

We use high-quality fabrics for our products, ensuring durability and comfort. Sustainability is at the heart of our choices.

Q: Are your products sustainable?
Sustainability is a priority for us. Our collections are produced in limited quantities to reduce waste, and we work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical and eco-friendly practices. Moreover, our packagings are 100% recyclable. 


Payments & Returns

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods like Apple Pay or Shop Pay, depending on your region.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returns are at the customer’s expense. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@glacyclo.com.

We also accept exchanges, subject to stock availability, for items that meet the same criteria.

Q: Do you offer refunds

Refunds are only available for returned items that meet our return policy requirements. Exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability.

Q: What if my product is defective?
We take great care in our production process, but if you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@glacyclo.com. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Q: Do you have physical stores?
Currently, we are an online-only brand. However, we occasionally host pop-up events. Keep an eye on our social media for updates!
